Six Sentence Sunday: Twilight’s Eternal Embrace #5

It’s Six Sentence Sunday! This is the 5th tidbit from Twilight’s Eternal Embrace. (vampire/historical/upper YA).

Twilight’s Eternal Embrace is here! It was released a few days early in both print and ebook!! Yippee!!

In this scene: Adryanna’s father confronts Bram, wanting to know his intentions. Bram swears he will keep her safe. But now he has questions. His people (vampires) do not age as the humans do. He is curious and asks Adryanna’s father if the lines on his face hurt.

The six:

“No, lad. These lines are my legacy of what I’ve endured. I have earned every worry line and every crease of happiness. Without them, I would not have lived. Let us hope one day Adryanna will have lines on her face to tell her story.” Adryanna’s father left him with those parting words, closing the door quietly behind him.

  1. Yes, love the way her father explains things and so intriguing the way he expresses his hope for Adryanna. Congrats on the early release! That’s always fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Silver,

Most parents want the best for the children. Adryanna fears what her life will be if she continues the relationship with Bram. Thanks– it is always exciting when releases are early!!
